"Just a quick note to say how useful I’ve found the lotus bud yoga - it’s given me the confidence to prepare practically for active labour in a very supportive environment. In particular, I am not sure I would have got use out of the birthing ball at home ahead of labour without your gentle direction and encouragement. My baby was breech fairly late in my pregnancy and although the spinning babies website is easy to understand, I found the techniques they espouse quite intimidating to try alone - you have given me the confidence to do them both in your class and at home. I have been suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome connected to my pregnancy, and the Shiatsu massage gave noticeable relief from both the pain and the poor grip - I would recommend it highly to others."
