In response to the ongoing social distancing measures due to COVID-19
Since lockdown I have been teaching live online classes each week and lots of my clients prefer it to attending live classes.  You can do the class in the comfort of your own home without having to struggle to get to me or worry about practising yoga in a shared space. 
 
I find live online classes to be very effective for monitoring each individual woman and that practicing at home in your own environment can feel more relaxing.
 
Simply contact me to book into a class from wherever you are in the world (I’m thrilled to now have women joining my classes from all over the UK and Europe) so as long as you have access to Zoom and a space at home to practice in - from your living room, bedroom, kitchen, garden etc

Online classes:
I have adapted my teaching to allow you to continue your Yoga practice at home with me via online Zoom classes.

As always, my priority is the health and welfare and you. Pre-registration is required for all Zoom classes as you’ll need to complete a health questionnaire.

​I look forward to seeing you all in a Zoom class, and ultimately, back together again for yoga and treatments in the not-too distant future.
